Away from the usual tourist routes \u2013 in the transition zones surrounding the city centre \u2013 we will visit contemporary developments. A free programme in the city centre will follow the morning\u2019s guided study tour.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights of the programme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Budapest \u2013 departure from the university at 6 am<\/li>\n<li>Contemporary urban developments in transition zones \u2013 9.00-14.00<\/li>\n<li>Arrival in downtown Vienna, free time \u2013 15.30-18.30<\/li>\n<li>Arrival in Budapest, in front of the university \u2013 around 23.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The study trip is mainly related to the Urban Design 1 subject, but is open to all students, depending on the places available.<br \/>\nThe study trip is open to all students, and the programme will be launched if at least 35 students apply.<\/p>\n<p>You can register by paying the travel costs at the department office (K293).<\/p>\n<p>Szab\u00f3 \u00c1rp\u00e1d DLA \/ Varga Imre","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Department of Urban Planning and Design is organising a one-day study trip to Vienna on 4th October 2025 (Saturday).
