Grands ensembles<\/em><\/strong>, a legacy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The French collective housing estates built during the period of economic growth (1955-1975) have been the subject of massive destruction for several decades. These architectures are discredited to the point that these destructions now affect sets described as exemplary in their time. The forms of these architectures are nevertheless those of a production of inventive components, of technological innovation and of new materials in the dynamic context of renewal of the plastic arts and the human sciences. These architectures inherit forty years of systematic denigration that provoke conflict situations in which the importance of representations in patrimonial issues is read.<\/p>\n

Les logements de la croissance, un h\u00e9ritage ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Les ensembles de logements collectifs <\/em>fran\u00e7ais construits pendant la p\u00e9riode de croissance \u00e9conomique sont l\u2019objet de\u00a0<\/em>destructions massives depuis plusieurs d\u00e9cennies. Ces architectures sont d\u00e9consid\u00e9r\u00e9es au point que ces destructions touchent maintenant des ensembles d\u00e9crits comme exemplaires en leur temps. Les formes de ces architectures sont pourtant celles d\u2019une production de composants inventifs, d\u2019innovation technologique et\u00a0<\/em>de mat\u00e9riaux nouveaux dans le contexte dynamique de renouvellement des arts plastiques et des sciences humaines.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Ces architectures h\u00e9ritent de quarante ann\u00e9es de d\u00e9nigrement syst\u00e9matique qui provoquent des situations conflictuelles o\u00f9 se lit l\u2019importance\u00a0<\/em>des repr\u00e9sentations dans les questions patrimoniales.<\/em><\/p>\n
